Bri is the heart and soul behind Bri’s Boozy Events! Born and raised in the Bay Area, she ventured to another city for a while but always knew she’d find her way back home. With eight years of collective experience in food and beverage, bartending, and over two decades of customer service experience, Bri’s true passion lies in bringing people together and creating those lively, memorable vibes that turn any gathering into an experience to remember.

After gaining invaluable experience and unlocking new skills while working with a dynamic team, Bri took the leap to start her own freelancing business. What began as a learning opportunity in 2018 has since blossomed into Bri’s Boozy Events LLC, where Bri now offers freelance services, blending her creativity and expertise to curate unforgettable experiences.

From corporate events, bridal showers, anniversaries, and bachelor/bachelorette parties to birthday celebrations, small weddings, and more—Bri’s Boozy Events adds a special touch to every occasion. Bri’s open-minded approach and adaptability allow her to seamlessly cater to a variety of event styles, making sure each gathering is unique and that every guest feels genuinely cared for.

  • What is your cancellation and refund policy?
    100% refund if canceled more than 14 days before your event date. 50% refund if canceled between 8-13 days before your event date. No refund if canceled within 7 days of the event date.
  • Can I reschedule my event?
    Yes, you can reschedule your event. In the event of scheduling conflicts, we will do our best to accommodate your new event date.
  • Are your bartenders certified?
    Yes, our bartenders are certified through Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) and Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) to handle the service of alcohol responsibly and ensure the safety of all guests.
  • Do you check IDs for age verification?
    Yes, we strictly adhere to legal requirements and check IDs to ensure all attendees consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.
  • Are you insured and permitted?
    Yes, Bri’s Boozy Events LLC carries $2,000,000 in liquor liability and general liability insurance. We do not have a liquor license since we do not sell alcohol.
  • How can I book an event?
    You can book an event by visiting our website, filling out the booking form, and submitting your event details. Our team will contact you to finalize the arrangements within 48 hours of you inquiring about services and up to 72 hours if you inquire on the weekend (weekends are usually our busiest times).
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept payment through Zelle, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and cash.
  • Is a deposit required?
    Yes, a deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.
  • What is the minimum service time for your bartending packages?
    Our minimum service time is 4 hours. If you need us for more time, that’s okay too, just let us know when you book services. Our minimum includes: 1 hour for setup 2 hours of bartending service 1 hour for cleanup
  • Can I customize the drink menu?
    Absolutely! We offer customizable drink menus to suit the theme and preferences of your event.
  • Do you cater to non-alcoholic preferences?
    Yes, we can include non-alcoholic beverages as part of the menu upon request.
  • Is gratuity added?
    Upon client approval a tip jar will be placed on the bar or a 20% Gratuity will be charged to the client.
  • Event Capacity
    Please note that as a small business, we currently specialize in intimate gatherings and small to medium-sized events. While we strive to offer the best services possible, we are not yet equipped to handle large-scale events. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to growing with your support!
  • What types of events do you offer?
    Whether you’re hosting a corporate event, bridal shower, bachelor or bachelorette party, birthday celebration, graduation, wedding, celebration of life, themed parties, or any private event, we’ve got you covered.
  • Does Bri’s Boozy Events supply the alcohol?
    Bri’s Boozy Events operates as a “dry hire” bar, meaning that due to California laws, we cannot provide alcohol. You (the client), your venue, or your event planner will provide the alcohol for the event, and we’ll handle the bartending services. However, we can help craft your perfect drink menu and guide you on exactly what and how much alcohol to buy for your event. This approach allows you to cut costs, choose your favorite brands, and keep any leftover alcohol. While we provide bartending and basic services, some additional services and items may come at an extra cost.
  • Add-ons
    Additional Time: $75 per extra hour – Should you require our services to extend beyond the initially agreed time, this is the applicable rate. Plastic & Compostable Cups: Pricing for cups varies based on size and type. To discuss your specific needs and receive a customized quote, please contact us directly.

People Toasting with Cocktails

Perfect for hosts who already have a bar setup but need a skilled bartender to handle the service. Relax and enjoy your event while we manage the bartending, ensuring professional service without the hassle.

  • A Bartender (1 bartender can serve up to 75 guests but anything more than that will require an additional bartender, which is an additional cost)

  • 1 Hour Set Up & Clean Up (Clean up is usually quicker than set-up, but the total time can vary up to 1 hour)

  • General Liability Insurance

  • Core Bar Supplies: bar mats, shakers, strainers, jiggers, bar spoons, pour spouts, tongs, ice scooper, wine key, bottle opener, Ice & chilling buckets, garnishes, cups & napkins 

  • Custom Bar Menu Design (if needed)

Our services start at $250 for a minimum of 3 hours. For a detailed quote tailored to your event, please contact us.

Tidbits

  • Our bartending services require a 3-hour minimum.

  • At Bri's Boozy Events, we follow a ‘BYOB’ service model: you bring the alcohol, and we take care of the rest! This lets you choose your favorite brands and drinks, while we handle everything from setting up the bar and crafting custom cocktails to serving and cleanup. It’s all about giving you control over the selection and ensuring a seamless bar experience tailored to your event.

  • The pricing for services does not include alcohol. The cost covers equipment, planning, coordination, staffing, bar set-up, bartending service, and bar clean-up.
