Bri is the heart and soul behind Bri’s Boozy Events! Born and raised in the Bay Area, she ventured to another city for a while but always knew she’d find her way back home. With a decade of experience across food, beverage, and bartending—and more than twenty years in customer service—Bri’s passion is bringing people together and turning any gathering into an unforgettable experience.

After gaining invaluable experience and sharpening her skills alongside a dynamic team, Bri took the leap into entrepreneurship. What began in 2018 as a learning opportunity has since evolved into Bri’s Boozy Events LLC—a mobile bartending and event business where creativity meets craft to deliver memorable experiences.

From corporate events, bridal showers, anniversaries, and bachelor/bachelorette parties to birthday celebrations, small weddings, and more—Bri’s Boozy Events adds a special touch to every occasion. At Bri’s Boozy Events, our open-minded approach and adaptability allow us to seamlessly cater to a variety of event styles, making sure each gathering is unique and that every guest feels genuinely cared for.​

Our packages are below, but every event is different — we’ll happily customize a package to fit your needs.

Boozy Basic - Just the Bartender

Perfect for hosts who already have their setup covered and just need a skilled bartender to keep the drinks flowing.

This service starts at $450* for a minimum of 4 hours (up to 75 guests). 

*All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Includes:

  • 1 Professional bartender

  • Set-up + clean-up

  • You provide the bar 

  • BYOB style — you provide the alcohol and mixers

  • We provide all core bar tools and disposables, including (but not limited to):

    • Shakers, jiggers, strainers, bar spoons, muddlers

    • Speed pourers, bottle openers, wine keys

    • Disposable cups, straws, napkins, and basic bar setup items

  • General Liability Insurance

This package includes bartending service only. 

Note: For events with more than 75 guests, a second bartender will be added to ensure smooth service (additional fee applies). Final pricing may vary based on event scope and add-ons.

Boozy Bliss - Standard Bar

For hosts and guests who enjoy classic mixed drinks (Rum & Coke, Gin & Tonic, Vodka & Cranberry, etc.). This package is designed to provide a polished, full-service standard bar experience without custom or signature cocktail creation.​

This service starts at $750* for a minimum of 4 hours (up to 75 guests).

*All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. 

Includes: 

  • 1 Professional Licensed Bartender 

  • Set-up + clean-up

  • Standard bar service featuring classic mixed drinks (no custom or specialty cocktails)

  • Basic mixers: coca-cola, sprite, club soda, tonic water, and one juice selection (orange, cranberry, pineapple, etc.)

  • Core bar tools and supplies

  • Standard disposable cups, straws and cocktail napkins

  • Garnishes

  • Ice for drinks and to keep all serving beverages cool 

  • Portable bar included 

  • Shopping list to tailored to your event

This service starts at $900* for a minimum of 4 hours (up to 75 guests).

*All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

  • 1 Professional Licensed Bartender 

  • Set-up + clean-up

  • 2 custom-crafted signature cocktails

  • 1 custom mocktail option

  • Standard bar service for classic mixed drinks

  • Basic mixers: coca-cola, sprite, club soda, tonic water, and one juice selection (orange, cranberry, pineapple, etc.)

  • Beer, wine, and champagne pour service (up to 2) 

  • Core bar tools and supplies

  • Standard disposable cups, straws and cocktail napkins

From curated signature cocktails to smooth guest flow, we focus on creating a bar experience that feels thoughtful, polished, and effortless—so you can stay present and enjoy the celebration.​

Wedding packages start at $1,500* (Pricing is customized based on guest count, service time, and bar setup).

*All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Includes: 

  • A minimum of 2 professional licensed bartenders, with staffing scaled based on guest count and event flow

  • Set-up + clean-up

  • 2 custom-crafted signature cocktails designed for your event

  • 1 custom mocktail option

  • Full standard bar service for classic mixed drinks

  • Basic mixers (coca-cola, sprite, club soda, tonic water, and 2 juice selections)

  • Beer, wine and champagne pour service  

  • Core bar tools and supplies

  • Premium disposable cups, straws, and cocktail napkins

  • Garnishes curated to complement your cocktail menu

  • Portable bar rental(s) as needed

  • Customized alcohol shopping list based on guest count and selected menu

A glance from behind the bar
  • Our bartending services require a 4-hour minimum.

  • At Bri's Boozy Events, we follow a ‘BYOB’ Bring Your Own Booze service model: you bring the alcohol, and we take care of the rest! This lets you choose your favorite brands and drinks, while we handle everything from setting up the bar and crafting custom cocktails to serving and cleanup. It’s all about giving you control over the selection and ensuring a seamless bar experience tailored to your event.

  • The pricing for services does not include alcohol. The cost covers equipment, planning, coordination, staffing, bar set-up, bartending service, and bar clean-up.

How The Booking Process

Works

 

  • Fill out the contact form below 

    • We’ll follow up with a brief chat to confirm your event details and make sure we’re the right fit.

  • Align on your bar experience ​​​​​​​​

    • We’ll review your needs, preferences, and budget to confirm       scope before preparing a final quote.

  • Receive your quote

    • If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll send a final quote, which will be valid for 48 hours.

  • Review & sign your contract

    • A service agreement will be sent via PandaDoc within 24 hours for your review and signature.

  • Secure your date

    • A 50% deposit is due once the contract is signed to officially reserve your event date.

      • The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of your event.
